MILAN, Italy — Playcity Milano, a premier family entertainment center operated by Allstar SRL in Milan’s Bicocca shopping mall, has successfully implemented Semnox Solutions’ comprehensive venue management platform.
Allstar SRL, Italy’s leading entertainment operators managing more than 12 family entertainment centers nationwide, selected Semnox after evaluating multiple solutions in the market. For the operator, EU data hosting was a top priority, and Semnox’s GDPR-aligned and PCI-compliant platform delivered the confidence needed for this partnership.

The venue now operates with over 100 arcade games equipped with Semnox Lumin readers, three self-service kiosks with integrated payment processing, and full Italian language support. The facility also features bowling, pool tables, and virtual reality attractions.
A standout feature is Semnox’s dual-mode operation, enabling the venue to accept both RFID play cards and traditional cash payments. This flexibility allows guests to choose their preferred payment method while the business benefits from cashless efficiency. The platform tracks cash and card gameplay collections separately, streamlining accounting.
