K&K Adventure Zone Selects Semnox to Support New Indoor Entertainment Venue
Prince Frederick, Maryland — Semnox Solutions, a global provider of integrated technology solutions for the entertainment and leisure industry, has partnered with K&K Adventure Zone, a new multi-attraction indoor entertainment center located in Prince Frederick, Maryland.
K&K Adventure Zone is an expansion of the established K&K Adventure Park brand and was developed to bring a year-round entertainment experience to the local community. The venue features an arcade, laser tag arena, virtual reality experiences, mini golf, and a laser maze designed for guests of all ages.
To support operations across the new facility, K&K Adventure Zone partnered with Semnox Solutions and Betson Enterprises to implement Semnox’s Parafait platform, including LuminOS game readers, self-service kiosks, and a centralized point-of-sale system designed to simplify guest transactions and cashless gameplay.
“We wanted something that was straightforward for both our staff and our guests,” said Kelly Ridgewell, owner and operator of K&K Adventure Zone. “With so many different attractions in one place, having everything connected through one system just made sense for us. It gives us more flexibility as we continue to grow.”
Semnox’s platform is designed to help family entertainment centers manage arcade operations, guest transactions, kiosks, reporting, entry validation, access control and more venue management tools through a centralized system.
K&K Adventure Zone also explored additional guest-facing technologies during the opening phase, including online booking, waiver management, and mobile operational tools, allowing the team to evaluate future expansion opportunities as the business grows.
